A few kind words...

Thank you for putting on such a professional performance. Although Arcadia is just a little girl, she treats the performance as though she were dancing for the Bolshoi at Lincoln Center. I believe that the concept of excellence must be instilled and to that end you do a wonderful job... bringing discipline to them is so important, and for that I thank you.

Love, love, love this school. The instructors are amazing. They have an excellent program that teaches children poise and elegance. The classes are very structured and the teachers expect their students to do their best all the time. Though they are very understanding and patient with those who are shy or a little behind.

The director, Mindy, is an incredible teacher and a sincere role model... We are so proud to be members of CSBA! Sophia can’t wait to return and neither can I. CSBA was exactly what we had hoped to find for her. Commuting from Queens is so worth it to be there... We’ve tried many places, and by far, CSBA is the most gracious, flexible, organized, and warming for young girls.

If anyone is looking for a great ballet school near the Lower Manhattan area, I recommend checking out Chrystie Street Ballet. Miss Mindy and her staff are wonderful. My kids love her teaching style, and my little one took right away with Ms. Sara. We put the kids in there to develop confidence, balance, posture, etc. We did try out several other places before being referred by a friend.

The school teaches formal ballet. We love that the teachers are demanding, and my kids come out smiling after class.

Fantastic ballet lessons for kids. My 8 year old son has learned SO much, and the instructors are patient and friendly even when he is not 100% focused. Even though our commute [from Bay Ridge Brooklyn] is kind of crazy for the class, it is worth every extra R train delay!

My daughter has been attending CSBA for 5 years. We are very happy with the teachers and programs and keep coming back even though we moved to NJ.
