Playwrights Rehearsal Studios

The Playwrights Rehearsal Studios are located at 440 Lafayette near Astor Place, steps away from Cooper Square and NYU. A great central location! This facility offers both theatrical rehearsal studios as well as studios designed primarily for dance with hardwood and marley floors.

Gina Gibney Dance Studios, Downtown

The downtown Gibney Dance Center is located at 280 Broadway, entrance at 53A Chambers Street, directly across City Hall Park. The Gibney Dance Center is a state of the art dance facility with rehearsal studios as well as a performance space.

Battery Dance Studios

The Battery Dance Studios are located at 380 Broadway, just 2 blocks south of Canal Street. The Battery Dance company and their studio space has been a staple in the lower Manhattan dance community for decades. The space boasts 2 large light filled studios with new marley floors.
